Double J Global Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based company supporting the global distribution of digital services and platform-based products. The company operates as a Merchant of Record (MoR) for selected digital platforms, enabling partner platforms to offer their services to international customers while Double J Global manages customer transactions, billing operations, and related administrative processes.
Double J Global is not a remittance provider, wallet service, e-money issuer, or payment gateway. All payments are processed exclusively via licensed payment processors. This model means partner platforms can focus on their digital products while Double J Global supports the operational and compliance dimensions of global digital commerce.

05 Service Delivery: The requested digital service or platform access is provided by the partner platform. Double J Global manages the transaction layer and operational support.
Is Double J Global a payment processor or remittance provider?
No. Double J Global acts as a Merchant of Record for approved partner platforms and does not provide remittance, wallet, e-money, or custody services.
What are the fees?
We provide a transparent pricing structure. Users are shown relevant transaction amounts and applicable fees clearly before confirming purchases.
Which countries are supported?
Double J Global supports partner platforms serving international customers across multiple regions, subject to operational, compliance, and payment infrastructure availability.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and work with established service providers to support secure handling of transaction-related information.
Can I cancel after payment?
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable Refund Policy and may depend on the status of transaction processing and service delivery.
