1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and purchases of digital services, online platform access, and closed-loop service credits offered by Double J Global Pte. Ltd. By using our website or purchasing services from Double J Global, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Services

Double J Global provides digital service access packages and closed-loop service credits. Credits and access rights are for use only within the designated online service environment. They are not cash, deposits, securities, payment instruments, stored value facilities, or financial products.

3. Customer Eligibility and Verification

We may require customers to provide identity, business, billing, transaction purpose, or other verification information. Corporate customers may be required to provide registration documents, beneficial ownership information, authorized signatory details, and supporting commercial documents.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment processors. Double J Global does not store full payment card details. Customers are responsible for using a payment method they are authorized to use and for ensuring that all billing information is accurate.

5. Service Delivery

After payment confirmation and any required review, Double J Global or its contracted vendors may activate the relevant service access or credits. External technology platforms or vendors may assist with fulfilment, but the customer purchase is made from Double J Global unless otherwise expressly stated in the order documentation.

6. Closed-Loop Credit Restrictions

7. No Financial Services

Double J Global does not provide public remittance, money transfer, e-wallet, e-money issuance, stored value, merchant acquiring, payment facilitation, custody, cryptocurrency exchange, brokerage, or investment services. Vendor payments made by Double J Global are operating expenses for service delivery and are not customer fund settlement services.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Digital services are generally non-refundable once access or credits have been issued, except where required by law or where Double J Global approves a refund due to specific operational circumstances.

9. Prohibited Use

Customers must not use our services for unlawful activities, sanctions evasion, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, abusive disputes, unauthorized card use, or any activity prohibited by applicable law or payment partner rules.

10. Compliance Review and Refusal Rights

Double J Global may delay, refuse, suspend, or cancel a transaction or service where required for compliance review, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, payment partner requirements, or applicable law. We may request additional information before approving or continuing a transaction.

11. Data Protection

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customers agree that information may be used for service delivery, billing, fraud prevention, compliance review, recordkeeping, and legally required reporting.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Double J Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses. Our total liability for a transaction will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this website and will apply from the date stated above or the date of publication.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Singapore unless another dispute resolution process is agreed in writing.
